Testing Services:
SAS Global Power utilizes technologically advanced ACFM (Accurate Coal Flow Measurement) equipment to support our “Sure Fire” program. This program is aimed at reliable examination of your fuel ?ows to the boiler, providing a comprehensive report detailing current operating assessment. The report will include recommendations designed to improve combustion stoichiometry, while enhancing auxiliary efficiencies and reducing emissions.

The SAS Global Power Burner Flame Evaluation Program utilizes the latest in high temperature cameras to digitally record the current performance of your burner flames. This footage is then used to identify any current problems you may be experiencing with your combustion.

Engineering Services:
The SAS Global Power engineering capabilities has led to the development of over 50 patented products. We can provide complete design, engineering, reverse-engineering, and drafting services. Our department utilizes both CAD and CFD modeling software to develop custom solutions to a variety of engineering challenges. Fabrication Services:
SAS Global Power’s 170,000 sq. ft. Michigan facility is home to our fabricating shop and warehouse. We are equipped with technologically advanced fabricating equipment that is operated by experienced personnel. All fabrications are subject to stringent Quality Control procedures.
